The Experience of Healing: Breath and Creativity

July 22 & 29, 2025

2 online sessions | 0 CECs | Offered Live via Zoom

Program Description

The Experience of Healing: Breath and Creativity

The process of healing is “like a little tiny seed, as it grows in the darkness it doesn’t shift its aspect. The minute it crosses over into sunlight, it immediately shifts, just by pushing through into the light of the sun.”—Marion Woodman

Healing is a disentanglement from the idea of irreparable pain and requires a willingness to embrace “not knowing.” In other words, redefining healing means letting go of seeking finiteness and, rather, demands orienting ourselves in the experience of the moment as a state of learning and openness to the somatic unconscious. To heal, our body must move and experience stillness as we breathe air in and out, and for our expanded Self to cultivate a somatic imaginative alliance with what surrounds us and others.

In this experiential presentation, we will explore the relationship between our permeable boundaries, body consciousness, and creativity. We will discover how the body can be seen not as a territory sealed by a thick skin contour but as a liminal symbolic space with the potential to unlock stuck energy to nourish intuition, creative expression, and collective soul-making.

What You Will Receive:

  • 2 Live Webinar Sessions with Q &A
  • 2 Links to the Recordings

The session on July 22nd will be a presentation by Marco Beghin, followed by Q&A

Join us on July 29th for a career-focused mentorship circle that offers students a chance to engage directly with Marco Beghin, MA on how embodied practices can support not only personal well-being, but also professional clarity, resilience, and creative direction.

In today’s world, sustaining a meaningful career requires more than skills and ambition—it calls for a deep connection to self, adaptability, and the ability to navigate change with presence. This session will explore how breathwork, body awareness, and creative practices can become tools for professional growth, unlocking intuition, cultivating emotional intelligence, and fostering a value-driven approach to decision-making.

Students will have the opportunity to ask questions, reflect on their own paths, and explore how the creative and healing process can inform career choices and leadership in any field.

The same zoom link will be used for both sessions.
